Denny Hamilton
Founder and CEO

With over 50 years of experience selling and installing commercial window treatments in the Blair County area, no one knows more about window treatments than Denny Hamilton. And through discipline, hard work, and some risk-taking, Denny also knows what it takes to create a successful business. After years of working for other firms, in 1998, he and his son, Steve, opened their own business in the family basement. Under Denny’s leadership, the business expanded from windows-only to a full range of commercial interior products and services, providing Central PA clients with the area’s first and only holistic approach to workspace design. Denny’s focus on delivering top quality work on-budget and on-time has produced client relationships that have spanned 5 decades. Today, T2B is recognized as the area’s number one commercial interior firm, with clients of all sizes and across multiple industries. Denny is especially proud of the team he has built with a culture driven by collaboration and performance.

Steve Hamilton
Dealer Principal

As co-founder, Steve Hamilton has played a key role in the growth and success of T2B. Since earning his bachelor’s degree from Mount Aloysius College, Steve has spent nearly 30 years in the industry. He has hands-on experience across several areas of operations, including installation, window treatments, furniture and commercial design sales. Today, Steve manages the day-to-day operations of the company, focusing on finding solutions to new challenges and making sure his team has the tools, training and support they need to deliver outstanding results for clients. While he is especially thrilled to be working alongside both his father and his son, Steve is proud to be leading an organization where everyone feels like family. Leading the 2018 re-branding of the firm, Steve’s mission is to focus the T2B team on delivering the exceptional workplaces of tomorrow, while keeping alive the legacy of core values that the firm was founded upon.

Brian Himes
Managing Partner, Flooring

Joining the firm in its start-up years, partner and flooring expert Brian Himes has played a key role in the firm’s growth and success. With nearly 40 years of experience in commercial flooring, Brian is recognized by the area’s general contractors, architects and facilities managers for his unparalleled knowledge and commitment to craftsmanship. Brian believes that his early years working in building construction helped him understand the overall construction process and have given him unique preparation and perspective for his current job. Brian, too, is proud to have his son working at T2B, carrying on the T2B legacy to the next generation.  

Betsy Garach
Design and Sales

Betsy Garach is a creative and passionate leader of design and sales at T2B. She enjoys assisting business owners and architect/design firms with furniture and flooring ideas. Since earning her bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, Betsy has over 20 years of experience in commercial interiors and grew up working in a family business atmosphere. Betsy enjoys working at T2B because to her, it’s not a job, it’s a vocation: creating awe-inspiring, high productivity spaces that lift people’s lives. And, she gets to work with a team of colleagues who have become her second family.

Lori McPeake
Design and Sales

After earning her interior design degree from the Bradley Academy for Visual Arts, Lori McPeake began as a residential interior designer. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, she joined the T2B team in February 2017. Since then, she has completed product training courses across multiple brands, and received her CET Design certification. Lori is an expert in space planning and loves to collaborate with the other designers to bring beautiful ideas to life.

Lori Rainey
Design and Sales

Lori Rainey specializes in design and sales. She earned her degree from Mount Aloysius College and worked in many different jobs that prepared her to enter the interior design industry. She joined the T2B team in 2008 with a passion for making spaces beautiful and functional. Her main areas of expertise include K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare and Corporate offices. Nothing makes Lori more proud than bringing a stunning space to life and seeing its impact on the people who work there.

Renee Pullen
Design and Sales

Renee is the newest member of the T2B team specializing in systems, furniture, specification and sales. A 2013 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Renee received additional commercial design training in specification, reconfiguration and project management. She enjoys space planning for clients to give them what they want and need and looks forward to working with T2B in healthcare, education, corporate, government and senior living.

Kathryn (Kat) Byler
Design and Specification

Kat Byler is a CET Design expert; whose mastery of state-of-the-art design software helps optimize the beauty and functionality of spaces for T2B’s clients. She earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from IUP and joined the T2B team shortly after. Kat collaborates with the entire team, helping to bring their design ideas to life on digital renderings and blueprints. She’s often responsible for putting the final touches on the design and enjoys watching her clients’ first reaction to their newly designed space.

Scot Dolak
Project Manager and Scheduler

Scot Dolak started with T2B in 2013. As the Project Manager, he orders and receives product, schedules and manages the installation teams, and oversees complex schedules across T2B’s various construction projects. His mission is to ensure all jobs are completed on-time and on-budget at the highest level of quality. Scot is completed the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health training course, as well as the ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) healthcare construction course. Scot loves the satisfaction that his job brings when he can improve clients’ working environments.

Don O’Connell
Account Executive

With a degree from Penn State University and more than a decade of commercial interiors experience, Don O’Connell began with T2B in August 2017, leading the team’s efforts to expand in the State College area. Don’s main mission is to introduce T2B’s products and services to new businesses and organizations and he is proud to show T2B’s vast portfolio of completed projects amassed over nearly 30 years of business. Don loves signing up new clients, knowing that the T2B team behind him is going to “wow” them.

Carol Kelley
Office Manager

Making sure T2B’s daily operations run smoothly behind the scenes, Carol Kelley has been the office manager since 2010. With experience in accounting, payroll and HR, Carol handles Accounts Payable and Receivable, processes credit card transactions, and works with sales and design on pre-payment for products from new vendors to ensure timely delivery for clients. This also helps to establish relationships with new vendors, keeping T2B at the forefront of product offerings. 

Marsha McCaulley
Receptionist

Marsha McCaulley started with T2B in 2008 as a Project Manager on one of T2B’s largest design projects: the Altoona Junior High School. After many successful years as a Project Manager, Marcia transitioned to her new role of semi-retired receptionist. She greets everyone who comes to the T2B offices with a big smile and deftly handles many administrative duties. Marsha loves working with the public and serving as the liaison between the customers and the installers.

Casey Hamilton
Installation Specialist

Casey Hamilton has been with T2B since 2007 and has 10 years of experience. He is an installation specialist and is involved with customer contact, job site evaluations, job completion time estimates and more. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lock Haven University, Casey takes pride in working in the family business alongside his father and grandfather. Casey is ICRA certified (Infection Control Risk Assessment) for infection control in healthcare construction and completed the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health training course.

Greg Hatch
Installation Specialist

Greg Hatch is a cross-trained and highly skilled installer, participating in all facets of project installation for furniture, flooring and window treatments. He started with Denny, Steve and Brian at the very beginning and enjoys interacting with clients on the transformation of their workspace.

Tim Himes
Estimator, Flooring

Tim Himes has more than 20 years of experience as a commercial flooring installation specialist with an expertise in executing patterned carpets for clients. Certified in all heat welded and flash coved sheet goods from all of T2B’s most trusted flooring vendors, Tim has a proven track record to meet any vinyl installation challenge. Because much of T2B’s initial work is done without the benefit of measuring a physical space, Tim’s blueprint reading skill is crucial in creating accurate estimates for product and labor installation costs. Tim is ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) certified in healthcare construction and completed the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health training course.
